On the night there was an entry fee of $20 into the Mercantile Hotel, which raised $8000 and was donated by the Mercantile Hotel.
Michael O'Sullivan collected another $1,100 on the door.

Ther were plenty of prizes raffled off, along with a silent auction raising a total of $11,000.
The Mercantil Hotel donated all bar takings on the night adding an additional $20,425. bringing the total amount raise to $39,425. Adding the extra $1,100 onto the Mercantile Hotel's total the final figure from the night was $40,525.

Special thanks goes to PAUL FLYNN General Manager of The Mercantile Hotel who with his hard work and 100% commitmente helped to make this night happen. To all our musicians ,  Shaylee Wilde, Blackwater, Peter Byrne, John Costello and of course Damien Leith, also Cec Hill for providing the sound and to Dolores, Mary, Sue, Regan and Abbey who did a great job selling tickets and Colin Greene and Alison Martin on the Silent Auction.
